Community-Driven Roadmap
The majority of our team are software engineers. We strive to keep up momentum to move our system forward with purpose.
Our product roadmap is public and we encourage the Line-Up Community to request features and vote on each other’s suggestions.
We combine requests with our own ideas for enhancement and optimisation to determine our development cycles.

API Docs
Our APIs are public and well-documented. We actively support those who are integrating via implementation guides and our Slack Community which now boasts over 200 members from across the live entertainment industry.
We have three APIs, each of which can be integrated with third parties:

Transactional API
Mostly read, it’s designed for fast throughput. This can be integrated with websites, custom checkouts and by third party sales channels, such as ticket agents.
Admin API
The API which we use to build our back-end Admin dashboard. It is also available for more specific custom integrations.
Reporting API
Used for our reporting suite but can also be accessed directly for integration with Business Intelligence tools and Data Warehouses.
